Despite strong potential, the India Artificial Intelligence Market faces challenges that could slow adoption. A shortage of skilled professionals in AI and data science creates workforce gaps. Many small and medium enterprises (SMEs) lack the resources or expertise to implement complex AI systems. Data privacy and security concerns, along with regulatory uncertainties, can deter organizations from deploying AI at scale. Integration with legacy IT systems poses technical challenges. However, training programs, government policies, and collaborative efforts by industry and academia are beginning to address these barriers and pave the way for broader adoption.
